In 2002, most companies viewed the back office as a cost centre. We saw it as something far more important. Payroll, compliance, finance, and HR are the foundations of a business, and getting them wrong comes at a price.

MYND was built on the belief that this work deserves ownership, precision, and care.

MYND started with a conviction the market didn't share: that the systems running a business deserved the same attention as the business itself.

From day one, we made one bet and never moved off it: own the work. Not just the process, but the platform, the data, and the responsibility that comes with getting it right.

Twenty-five years later, the bet still holds. We built MYND without outside capital and grew it one client at a time. Every relationship was earned.

MYND is founded on a single conviction: that the back-office is worth owning, not outsourcing to the lowest bidder. Bootstrapped, with no outside capital.

2000s

Earning the first 100

Client by client, MYND proves that ownership and accountability outperform transactional outsourcing. Retention becomes the scoreboard.

2010s

Scaling the integrated model

Managed services, multi-country payroll, shared services and compliance grow into one integrated back-office across India and, increasingly, the world.

2020s

Building MYNDX

Years before the rest of the industry reacted to AI, MYND began quietly transitioning toward a cloud-native, software-led model: building the platform the next chapter runs on.
